How to be happy when your alone- 10 ways

                                    Being alone is due to a lot of reasons like you may be an Introvert, in heartbreak or being avoided. This article is going to help you with the process of loving yourself, I have been on the same place, I m just sharing things which helped me, before this I would like to tell you the most important thing that is LEARN TO FORGIVE.

 


1. Take a step back from social media
                       I know this is going to be really hard. but, its worth it.you may feel being left or avoided when scrolling the posts.
                                         unknowingly, you might compare yourself with the people on social media, which would give you more pain(Remember, everyone in social media who posts well is not really happy at times, try to stop comparing).

2. Take yourself on a date
                        Solo-dates are powerful(trust me, I have done that), In the beginning, you might feel awkward but eventually, you will start loving them, try going to your dream places if you feel that money stops you can at least go to parks or beaches.

3.Volunteer
                        There are a lot of ways to volunteer your time in service for people out there, you can help them as a person or you can enroll yourself in groups.this would help you a lot.

4.Its time to write your Gratitude Journal
                        In life we take most of the things as granted, even the day to day life, start writing even the small things you will know how much you have blessed.

5. Take a break in life
                        Taking a break in life is completely ok, you are not running a race take your time to know about yourself.

6.Build some good habits
                        This is the right time you can build some good habits like joining 5 a.m club, read some good books, being physically active, do freelancing, etc.., create a time table for every single day, spend time for journaling.

7. Make future plans
                        Life is uncertain, yet you should plan for future for yourself and for the people who are in needy, start planning about your finance(monthly budgeting, yearly budget, learn about investments, stocks), Think about your future studies, think about what you are going to be in next 5 years or 10 years.

8.Observe
                        Start being a listener, and appreciate silence if you find the time, go sit alone and observe everything around you.

9. Take some courses
                        Start learning some good skills from udemy, skillshare, byju's some are paid and free too, you can even learn on youtube, which can help you.

10.Learn/do some Household chores
                        Clean your desk, cook some different recipes, rearrange your books, Try some DIY's, Declutter your wardrobe, etc..,
 


                                          Remember your not alone, there are a lot of people out there who feel lonely at some point in time, we are all in the same run.

                                           CHANGE IS INHERITANCE, everything is going to change soon.
